TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Welcome to 7 Minutes Sunday on the Switch Pivotal Quick Podcast. I'm your host, Ayana Angel, and we are going to spend the next 7 minutes together getting you filled up with inspiration and goodness to get your mind primed to achieve greatness as you enter the week ahead. I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it. I have to sing for you guys today because I am super excited.

My books, my copies of Quit Playing Small, the new book available on Amazon, they finally came in today. They were supposed to come in tomorrow. And so for those who don't know, I am just now getting my copies of the new book, Quit Playing Small, because I had to order author copies. When you order author copies, those are not quite available for Amazon Prime.

So they take a little bit longer because you guys take priority. So they are busy fulfilling your orders before they are fulfilling my order. And that is totally fine because it's finally here now and it's in my hand. And I'm super excited because like I said, this is my first time actually seeing a copy of the book, actually seeing all the hard work and the effort and just all the things come together in one collective package in my hand.

I'm holding it in my hand. So this is super exciting. So because I have this book in my hand today, and I have been meaning to give you guys a 7-Minute Sunday episode with affirmations or with a positive affirmation, something that you can continuously recite to yourself or just listen to when you need a little pick-me-up, I decided to browse through the book and I came across one of the affirmations that you can find in the book. There's not a ton of them.

There are obviously things that you can pull out, but there's not a ton of affirmations that are designated as affirmations. But this is something where I say to recite to yourself. So if you have a copy of your book, this is daily entry number 80 and it's on page 150. And the title of this section says, Let the desires of your soul speak to you.

So I'm not going to read everything in this section, although it's not a lot. I'm going to read what you should be reciting to yourself though. And so we're clear, because this is something that you want to recite to yourself and you want to get embedded in your head, and it's also some of those good little words, positive words that you can put into your arsenal when you need to call on them, when you're feeling a little bit negative, you're feeling down or you're trying to combat some of your negative thoughts with positive thoughts. These are things that you can recall.

So what I'm going to do is I'm going to recite this three times for you in a row, three times in a row, just so that if you're listening and you're really trying to embed it in your brain, you don't have to go back and replay what you heard me say the first time around. I'm going to recite it three times so that it sticks with us, okay? Here we go. Being positive can result in me achieving amazing things in my life.

I believe that anything is possible. I can do hard things. I am determined to keep growing and winning. I am intelligent, resourceful, and resilient.

I am worthy of success and wealth. I choose greatness over fear. Let me just add this note in here. This is something I wrote to myself, okay?

This is something that I wrote to myself, and I'm sharing with the readers of the Quit Playing Small book. So if you didn't know, this book is very personal for me. So I'm sharing with you some of the things and some of the tools that I use, some of the discoveries that I've made throughout my journey, some of the things that I've learned, all of that. So you haven't already gotten your copy, definitely get your hands on a copy of Quit Playing Small.

Available on Amazon. All right, here's our second time around. Being positive can result in me achieving amazing things in my life. I believe that anything is possible.

I can do hard things. I am determined to keep growing and winning. I am intelligent, resourceful, and resilient. I am worthy of success and wealth.

I choose greatness over fear. Being positive can result in me achieving amazing things in my life. I believe that anything is possible. I can do hard things.

I am determined to keep growing and winning. I am intelligent, resourceful, and resilient. I'm worthy of success and wealth. I choose greatness over fear.

I hope that you're able to be inspired by these words, embed them into your psyche so that you can call on them when you really need these words to show up for you in your life, to help you think positive, to help you along your journey. Thank you. Thank you for spending time with me on the seven minute Sunday. Thank you for allowing me to come into your ears, into your lives, into your world and share things that inspire me with you.

And I hope that you have an amazing week this week ahead. I hope you do great things. And as always, be good.

The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene (Full Audiobook) Robert Greene Amoral, cunning, ruthless, and instructive, this multi-million-copy New York Times bestseller is the definitive manual for anyone interested in gaining, observing, or defending against ultimate control – from the author of The Laws of Human Nature. In the book that People magazine proclaimed “beguiling” and “fascinating,” Robert Greene and Joost Elffers have distilled three thousand years of the history of power into 48 essential laws by drawing from the philosophies of Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, and Carl Von Clausewitz and also from the lives of figures ranging from Henry Kissinger to P.T. Barnum. Some laws teach the need for prudence (“Law 1: Never Outshine the Master”), others teach the value of confidence (“Law 28: Enter Action with Boldness”), and many recommend absolute self-preservation (“Law 15: Crush Your Enemy Totally”). Every law, though, has one thing in common: an interest in t Tao Te Ching by Laozi (Author), Stephen Mitchell (Full Audiobook) Laozi Lao-tzu's Tao Te Ching, or Book of the Way, is the classic manual on the art of living, and one of the wonders of the world. In eighty-one brief chapters, the Tao Te Ching looks at the basic predicament of being alive and gives advice that imparts balance and perspective, a serene and generous spirit. This book is about wisdom in action.
