In this passion filled episode, Rebecca Jones is joined by Lauren Hall, the Executive Director of YMCA San Diego County. Hall explains how she first got involved with the YMCA 20+ years ago and how she instantly fell in love with the organization and their mission. She describes herself as assertive and finds it important to go after what she wants in all aspects of her life. Hall measures her success by her own personal happiness and the growth/evolution it brings.
