Welcome to 7-Minute Sunday on the Switch, Favorite, or Quick podcast. I'm your host, Ayana Angel, and we are going to spend the next 7 minutes together getting you filled up with inspiration and goodness to get your mind primed to achieve greatness as you enter the week ahead. This week, I'm just feeling so good today. Why am I feeling so good today?

I'm feeling so good because yesterday, I'm recording this on Saturday, and yesterday, Friday evening, I conducted a success session. This is the second success session two weeks in a row, and I've just been so impressed by the women who have participated in these success sessions. So much of the time, we are heavily focused on ourselves, right? I need to do more.

I need to achieve this. I know I'm lacking in this area. I wish. I want.

All the things, right? But the way that these success sessions are set up is so that we don't focus on ourselves solely. It's so that we are able to have a moment where we can be selfless and pour into somebody else because we all need that. We all need to be uplifted.

We all need to be cheered for. We all need to hear those positive things about ourselves that sometimes we forget to say to ourselves on a day-to-day basis. So I really encourage you to find yourself either a small group of women or one other person who you know you can talk to, and that person will lift you up. And it doesn't have to be every day.

It doesn't have to be every week. But you do need that person. You do need that community. And wow, I was really just impressed by the engagement that we've had on the success sessions because it is community.

It is good vibes. It is good feelings. It is easy for all of us to feel comfortable with each other, even though most people haven't met before. Now, funny enough, on last night's session, many of the women were familiar with each other because they hang out with me on Friday nights on Instagram Live.

So they hadn't seen each other face-to-face, and so this is their first time seeing each other face-to-face, but they were familiar with each other's handles and just, you know, talking via Instagram Live. So that was good. But the space was just the best thing about it, the space that was created, because it wasn't about one person. It wasn't about a person's singular issues.

It was about the collective. And what we found, or I guess I could say what I found over the course of doing these success sessions is that so many of us struggle with the same things. So one thing I want to offer you today is that if you're feeling, like, overwhelmed, confused, feeling like you don't know what to do, what's next, if you're feeling alone, I want you to really understand that you're not alone. You may feel alone.

It may seem like you're alone, but you are so not alone. There is a whole community of women who are striving for greatness just like you are, and they are dealing with a lot of the same things that you are encountering in your day-to-day life as you are growing and on your journey to become the best version of yourself. There are so many of us who are struggling with pushing ourselves outside of our comfort zone. So many struggling with not exactly knowing what should be next, what could be next for us.

So many struggling with feeling like they're stuck in this little box, because it's like, I have this career that I started in, and I don't want to abandon it because it's become my safety, and it provides for me. But then I have this feeling like this is not it for me. There's something else over there. There's so many of us struggling with, you know, all these elements of just growing into the best version of yourself.

And one of the things that kept coming up last night in the success session was that patience, that we all have to have patience. No matter where you are in your journey, it is required. And it is best if you get comfortable with the idea of being patient. And that doesn't mean complacent.

I mean, you're still working, but you're being patient and allowing things to develop and take shape. Because if you're not being patient, then you might be anxious, and that might cause you to do some things that are not in alignment with what is meant for you, or it might cause you to make some hasty decisions. All those types of things that just don't bring the best results. So patience was a common theme, and I think we can all use more of that good word patience in our lives.

Because so many of us see what we think is it happening now for other people, and we want that. And so that causes us to feel impatient, or causes us to feel anxious about where we are and what's going on with us. But just know that what's for you is for you. What's meant for you is not going to pass you by, as cliche as that sounds.

It can't pass you by. It's going to find you wherever you are, because it's meant for you. So we have to just be patient in our journey, and trust yourself. Trust yourself.

Trust that you are doing the right things to get you to where you need to be, even if sometimes it looks like a mistake. And sometimes that's the right thing, too. Sometimes you have to make some of those mistakes in order to learn what you should be doing or shouldn't be doing, in order to give you more clarity and direction in your life. So I just wanted to hop on today and just share how good it felt to be in community with like-minded women, and to grow together.

And I'm just so proud of all the women who have been on these success sessions. And if you're listening, yes, I'm talking about you. So proud of all of you. Proud of a lot of different things.

Proud of you for showing up. Proud of you for being open and vulnerable. Proud of you for being willing to pour into other women, even though you're going through your own transitional periods. Proud of you for being attentive listeners.

Proud of you for being patient with allowing the exploration of the full session to just immerse you. I'm just so proud of you on so many levels. And if you have not heard it lately, I am proud of you. I think you owe yourself a big round of applause just for being you.

And I really hope that you all go out there, do amazing things, and have a great week next week. And I guess I should mention this because some of you who have not participated in success sessions will probably be like, what the heck is she talking about? They are limited. They are very limited right now.

There are two on the calendar. There are also limited spots. Just to maximize the experience for everyone, it is only four people that can be in a success session. And if you want to book your success session, you can head over to switchpivotorquit.com or you can go to the Instagram stories on the switchpivotorquit Instagram and you will see a swipe up link or the link in the Instagram bio will also have a link to success sessions.

So if you're interested, go ahead and sign up. It's a beautiful experience. I think everyone that has participated has walked away feeling lifted up and feeling empowered to do more, feeling energized and just feeling good. So hopefully you have the opportunity to experience that as well.

And if not, seven minutes Sundays are always a good option. But anyways, thank you so much for hanging out with me. As always, I wish you guys the best week or the best week that you can have ahead. And just be good.
