Alfonso acaba de publicar su libro “Emprendedor ágil: a emprender se aprende” donde habla sobre los pasos a dar para lanzar un proyecto, siguiendo una metodología “lean start-up”. Dicha metodología se basa en arrancar con la mínima inversión viable para poder validar el proyecto antes de comenzar a escalar en volumen. De esta manera, se generan hipótesis para experimentar con el menor coste y el mayor aprendizaje posible.
