“Your son’s slow”. That was what Stephen Pollan’s parents were told when he was in school. That didn’t stop this college drop-out from operating and growing several franchises in several states, including Wendy’s. At one point he even owned a Pizza Pronto franchise. Unfortunately, he went out of business and he defaulted to working at a carwash and delivering pizzas. People don’t learn slow, they just learn at a different pace. He's now the CEO of Pelocity, the GPS for careers and Assessment Technologies Group, the E-harmony of the business world.
