E226 Karen Cattenden-Vegan Whole Food Plant Based Nutritionist

from Total Wellness Radio: Enjoy Great Health Naturally · host dan young, bcn, cnc

Karen has been vegan for so long (28 years); she thought it was beyond high time she started using her experience (and her training in vegan and vegetarian nutritional therapy from the British School of Yoga) to coach people transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. As the health transformation she experienced over the years - especially transitioning from being just a regular vegan to a whole food vegan -has been so pronounced, she wanted to share her nutritional knowledge and help others to implement whole food plant-based dietary changes in order to improve, or even in some cases reverse their medical conditions. So nutritional therapy is also a part of what she does. She has worked successfully with people who just want to improve their general health and lose weight; and also those with more chronic diseases like epilepsy and HIV. Her motto is 'Health is wealth.' Connect within Karen at: VeganCoach.co.uk Or on Facebook @Vegan Coach Nutritionist
