Today, we are focusing on daily execution with five non-negotiable rules to stop the drift and protect your ecosystem: Cut what weakens you: You have to kill pornography, bad habits, and weak inputs. Pornography is a massive epidemic, and I challenge you to go just one week without it to see how clear your mind becomes. If that isn’t your struggle, remove the undisciplined, sloppy friends in your circle for a week and watch your life shift. Train when you don't want to: Choose your suffering before life forces it upon you. I am not motivated when my alarm goes off at 3:15 AM. I woke up exhausted this morning, but I got my ass to the gym because the motivation only comes after you get the blood flowing. Save when you could spend: Keep building and stacking your resources while other men are staying distracted. Cover the mother of your kids: Together or divorced, you must make sure she has what she needs. People think it is weird that I still financially support my ex-wife, but I do it because of my son. She shouldn't be forced to work two jobs and disrupt my son's life. Providing financial safety allows her to nurture our son with a peaceful and sound mind. Shield the children: Never let your kids carry adult problems or financial stress. If you cannot control your mood or your attitude, take it outside and get help, but do not dump that burden on them.
