Robert Burdekin has spent the last 27 years living in the corporate world. In the last 14 years he has been traveling, 8 of the years he didn't care much for his health but within the past 6 years, he decided to take his health seriously. The internet can be a tricky source to use because we can't always believe what it says but something I was finding a lot was people who were in the same boat as me.
