Too many men are bankrupt spiritually, physically, and financially, leaving their sons to search the world for identity. I want to remind you that words don't raise boys—our examples do.Moving from yesterday’s high-level framework, today is all about the tactical application and daily execution we must run to replace empty examples with a living standard.I break down the five critical daily steps we need to implement immediately: Visible Discipline: Let your son physically see you train your body, pray, seek God, and work hard to build your empire. Teach Through Action: Bring your son directly into the process. My son and I love to work out together, and I always remind him that we put in the work first before we get to the reward. Eliminate Hypocrisy: Lead yourself first. We cannot demand discipline from our sons if we are living a sloppy, undisciplined life. Speak Identity: Remind him who he is, what he stands for, and teach him to be proud of himself while seeking his Father in heaven. Daily Self-Audit: Ask yourself the ultimate question at the end of every single day: "Would I want my son to become the man I was today?" Stop outsourcing masculinity to influencer culture.
