E254 - How to Focus on the Fabulous with Yolanda Drewell

from The Roller Coaster of Midlife

Joan Crawford said “Find your own style and have the courage to stick to it” but that’s easier said than done. As moms, our bodies have been through a lot, and for many of us, our bodies look drastically different than they did 20 years ago. I know for me, I can be self-conscious about my bat wings and buddha belly. Who isn’t? Besides, discovering our own personal style can be challenging when “someone” out there, is telling us what to wear, what colours work and how a woman in this season of life should dress. Joining me today is Yolanda Drewell, who is on a mission to tell women to throw out the rule book and to focus on the fabulous, in all areas of our lives. We chat about: Knowing yourself and your style Feeling fabulous is more important than what makes us look thin And how our bodies are the least interesting things about us Connect with Yolanda at www.yolandadrewell.com Get your FREE Empowered Midlife Mom Journal at www.therollercoasterpodcast.com/midlifemomjournal Your support of The Roller Coaster is always appreciated, please make sure to SUBSCRIBE!
