In this episode, Luna explores how rupture (arguments, disagreements and other uncomfortable relating situations) can move into repair, and even from that point into deeper intimacy and connection! Many of us avoid conflict and turn away from discomfort- but when you realise it is a gateway to deeper intimacy and connection, and gain skills to navigate these choppy waters, we can transform the energy and come into deeper connection with ourselves and each other.   Luna speaks about some situations that have created rupture in her relationship and events, and how that was able to create deeper intimacy and connection when it was alchemised.
