E27: Healing with Intuitive Movement
from Grounds with Juel McNeilly Hosted by Juel McNeilly
In this episode I break down the journey of the body when connecting to music. There's a magic that exists when you allow yourself to feel the vibrations and open yourself to be moved, literally moved, by music. A dance of intuitive movement unfolds. And the healing is profound within this wordless space of sensations and expression. One love 🖤… Please remember to subscribe! Juel PS.
