from Empowered to Success · host LGI CONSULTING and DEVELOPMENT

On this episode we will your through the INTERVIEW process and what to expect.  What a year 2020 has been thus far!!! We are half way through the year and so far we have had to adjust, change, pivot, prepare and plan for the unknown. Recently, I know of a lot of people who have lost their jobs and are working hard at navigating through the process of getting another one. On this episode I share some practices that I have personally used when I have transitioned from one company to another. Some folks plan ahead and stay current with the job market, some were settled and never saw the need to have an updated resume, or have not had an interview in over a decade. In this episode I share some tips that I have found helpful that you can put in place as you carve your path to SUCCESS. S.W.O.T. analysis- start by creating awareness of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. (S.W.O.T CHART) Need - Identify what you needs are. Availability - See what is available on the market by conducting your research. Align this with your need. Plan and Act- Plan your search and start applying and networking. EMPOWER YOU TO SUCCESS! SHINE BRIGHT!!!
