This episode starts to describe how GM and Suzuki worked together within an alliance framework. It traces the beginning, its compexity, role of Suzuki within the overall GM family, and a few specific examples. In my opinion, GM and Suzuki could have done more in terms of leveraging each other's capability, and executing joint programs. But knowing how Suzuki operates, I can also see how draining such undertakings would be on Suzuki's precious resources.
