E31: Donnah Winger and Rodger Harrington

In one's lifetime, one will most likely experience a couple close calls. Regardless of what the context behind those close calls is, close calls are bound to happen at one point or another. However, for law enforcement, it is imperative that these close calls are rare. Because the accuracy behind their work puts so many lives at risk. But in 1995, the Springfield Police Department experienced an extremely close call when they almost let Mark Winger, who cheated on his wife, get away with killing his wife, Donnah Winger, and Rodger Harrington.
