Kazeem Alli-Balogun is a property investor and the Founder of LOCO management, a project management company specialising in property renovations. Over the past 5 years, he has been actively investing in and managing property renovations in and around London. His experience and advice from industry experts have led him to identify a strategy that aligns with his short-term objective of increasing capital. Kazeem has successfully completed several projects, achieving considerable returns on investment (ROI). He has also sourced capital from private investors with fixed ROI agreements. His partnerships have proven successful, and he aims to collaborate with more investors on larger-scale projects in the coming years. Kazeems achievements include completing over 35 projects, co-founding a £1 million turnover Rent-to-Rent (R2R) brand, raising and returning £1 million+ in private equity funding, and managing assets worth over £5 million.
