E325 The Buddy Check System: How You Can LITERALLY Save A Life

Following the Chauvin trials, there was SO much discussion flooding our social media feeds. Two incredibly special men (one retired Ohio officer and one retired Fire Chief) took it upon themselves to post a Buddy Check in our Police, Fire, Military and Families Facebook Group. 

In today's episode, I am going to share with you how the process and procedure works in my day-to-day for making sure that I am always keeping the door open to those who might one day want to talk through it.
