E34 - "Seasons of Personal Growth"

In beautiful Pennsylvania Fall is upon us, and the leaves have covered the sidewalks and lawns all around. Soon winter will follow and the days will get shorter, colder and greyer. Denis uses this analogy to reflect on our Personal and Professional Growth Journey. The listeners are challenged to create awarness and identify which season they find themselves in their journey.   For someone who has not experience the beauty of Spring and Summer in their journey, Fall and Winter can be roadblocks.  On this episode we are reminded that just like the change in seasons, we must be intentional about recognizing this traps and make the choice of continuing to grow, as what we plant now will floruish later.
