E343 Retiring As A First Responder

Are you a first responder? If you are, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that there has been a time when you have identified as your profession. "I bleed blue." "The firehouse is my family."    While this is noble and certainly feels wholesome in the moment, I am going to argue this in today's episode.    The truth is...    Just because you are a police officer, firefighter or any other first responder job title...it doesn't mean that is who you are. This is what you do. Read that again...
