Always interested in the African American Community, She was an active member of the Black Panther Party during the late 1960s, early 1970s. Five years ago, she began publishing a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle magazine geared toward empowering the young African American woman and serving as a publishing platform for many artisans and entertainers called Empeccable Magazine. They are located here in Atlanta and have a robust online presence. She is on the show to discuss her HBCU education and professional career.
