This week Rebecca Jones is joined by the President of BCI, Beth Binger. A lifelong California Resident, Binger focuses on place making and community building in San Diego County. She recognizes the need for housing in all socioeconomic levels and pushes to make sure there is a place for everyone. For better or for worse, Beth Binger is an independent small business owner and appreciates her skills to make decisions decisively and pivoting when things don’t go as planned. Binger’s biggest lesson for upcoming female leaders is that there is no such thing as failure, only areas of incompatibility and opportunities for growth.
