：https://open.firstory.me/user/cm8zyhtl9004b01yeh4njbc7y/comments 為了表達對介之推的思念，以及放火燒山的悔恨，晉文公下令，每年的三月初三禁止生煙火，這一天，全國百姓只能吃生冷的食物，或是在先前就已先煮被著的食物，用以紀念介之推。由於是吃冷的食物，所以稱為寒食，並把這一天稱為寒食節。 又有一說，寒食節是沿襲上古時代的改火制度。根據記載，因為在新的一年開始，在春雨還沒降臨之前，氣候乾燥，不僅人們所使用的火種很容易引起火災，就連春季打雷時也容易引起山林大火，因此古人會在這個時後舉行敬火儀式，也就是將過去一年還沒使用完的火種，全數熄滅，等到春雨降臨，再重新起火，當作是這一年的起點。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
