E404 Isaiah Aragon - Wyo Grown, LLC

from Total Wellness Radio: Enjoy Great Health Naturally · host dan young, bcn, cnc

Isaiah Aragon Owner of Wyo Grown LLC After learning that nutrition is the key to good health and longer life I came across the world of Microgreens which are a specific stage of growth in vegetables. Instead of harvesting a carrot after 3 months, I harvest my carrots after 3 weeks right around when you start to see the first true leafs. In doing so the plant is up to 40x more nutritious because it hasn't used up all of its nutrients to fully grow. After my different varieties of Microgreens are harvested I then freeze dry them. Which naturally preserves them and allows me to blend them into a powdered supplement. With just 1/2 a teaspoon I am able to get my daily nutritional value. I've since changed my view on the world and do not look at weeds the same way I used to. So I harvested my own dandelions and turned them into a powder for personal use. And anytime I come across long overgrown weeds with flowers I try and find out what they are and if they can also be useful. WEBSITE wyogrown.space FACEBOOK Wyo Grown
