Erica Vanstone is the Executive Director of WFTDA Roller Derby, the international governing body for the sport of women’s flat-track roller derby and a membership organization for leagues to collaborate and network. Erica previously acted as the organization’s Chief Media Officer, where she developed the mission-forward broadcast program, WFTDA t.v. After working in the film and television industries for more than a decade, Erica began a career in nonprofit management and sports. She has acted as an announcer for the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, the Arena Football League, and more. Erica is dedicated to expanding perspectives of inclusion around women’s sports and is shaping the WFTDA vision for transformation as it continues its mission to improve and grow the sport of roller derby and its service to the derby community.
