When you are feeling like you need a confidence boost, reach into the jar and you have all the evidence you need.  - Mindfulness Jar - fill the jar with mindful activities you love, then when you are feeling overwhelmed, reach into the jar and pull a note out. I have a pre-made jar that was given to me.  - I am Great Jar - fill your jar with post-it notes, notes and words of all the time someone has given you a compliment, testimonial or said something nice to you.  - Happiness Jar - fill your jar with times, experiences and examples of all the times you have been happy. As you navigate throughout your days, and you feel happiness, add notes to your jar.  - Gratitude Jar - at the end of each day, add three things you are grateful for into your jar.
