E44: CYCLE OF ABUSE

On this episode we talk about how you need to stop the cycle of abuse. Just cause you were abused in any way shape or form when you were a child doesn't mean that you have to keep the cycle going with your kids. Please make sure you get help ASAP for anything that you may need to make your life an your kids life better. try to be the better and bigger person and forgive the ones that made  you go through hell once upon a time.
