E46: More vehicle search wisdom
from The Evolving Adventure Hosted by greggi v
I'm feeling a bit like I'm stuck in a Corb Lund song entitled Truck Got Stuck. Today's episode is an update on the truck search with some learnings--and adventures--test driving a Toyota, Ford, and repairing (again) the Forester which has been unofficially dubbed The Death Trap. The following statement from Marcel Proust sure is holding true for this... adventure: “We don't receive wisdom; we must discover it for ourselves after a journey that no one can take for us or spare us.” ― Marcel Proust I reference the Chris Fix and The Homework Guy videos as part of my inspection process on any vehicle I consider.
