Jon is currently the assistant principal at Sandy Hill Elementary School in Cambridge, Maryland. A firm believer in the power of educators sharing their stories, he hosts the podcast "My Bad" where teachers and administrators share stories of mistakes they've made and the lessons learned from those mistakes.
