They have five years of investing experience and they help people take action and get started in real estate. Ashley focuses on duplexes and has grown her portfolio to 32 units, while Felipe is a buy and hold investor who owns seven single-family homes. Felipe resides in Nashville and Ashley is in Buffalo, New York.
