For example, being angry at an abuser while having compassion for them as well. • People who are targets of abuse can also become enablers of abuser, or abusers themselves • It can be hard to come to terms with the fact that life isn't black, white, and gray, but it's in technicolor—which means it's totally worth making the effort to look at life from multiple perspectives.
