Between 2006 and 2015, Gary Das built an insurance brokerage business to 7 figure revenue… but HATED it.   So in January 2016, he started all over again!   Since then, he built a 7 figure brokerage that runs without stress, and without him being required day-to-day.   He went from being stressed out, working all the hours possible, to having the time to run 4 businesses with a team of 32 in under 5 years.    Most importantly, he did this: Without overwhelm Without making huge sacrifices Without losing time with his wife and 3 kids   But, why was his first 7-figure business so stressful?
