Then, in 2014, Michael and his co-founders started building a marketplace to make financing power sports fast and easy. Eventually they realized that they themselves needed to become the lender, and that’s where things really took off. After serving as COO at Octane for several years, Michael transitioned into what he saw as a long term career as a VC investor where he could leverage his experiences as a founder to help other founders in their journeys.
