Stephen Trapmore is a former British rower and is now currently a high performance coach for the Great Britain Rowing Team. As a rower Stephen went on to win a gold medal in the Sydney games racing in the famous british eight, the first gold for GB since the 1912 games in Stockholm in the men's eight. We catch up with Stephen to talk about his rowing career and his transition into becoming a successful coach. Enjoy!
