E57: How Many Tools Do You Need in Your Business?
from De-stress Your Business · host Alexis Kingsbury
How many tools is too many tools for your business? I’m often told my business leaders that they don’t want “too many tools” in their business, or that they don’t want to introduce “yet another tool”. In theory, you could run an entire business using one tool — spreadsheets! It’s not a good idea though, as it is likely to break, will be slow, and is hard to delegate to others. So, how many tools is the right number? How can we identify when to add, and when to take away? How can we reduce the stress associated with having too few or too many in the business? That’s what I dive deep into in today’s episode of De-stress Your Business. --- Want to learn more? Join our weekly webinar and we'll show you how to free up 15 hours per week and remove the constant stress of running a business, without slowing down growth.
