Scott tells us that like a robot, we have the constant availability of being programed. He focuses on three areas that apply to all of us: Eating, Moving and Sleeping.

If you think on these three areas only, what are you doing (or not doing) that makes you feel like you are optimized in each? What is it that makes you the best at each of these three areas of your life?

What program are you running when you're running at optimal performance?

Perhaps you're counting your macros, hitting the gym X amount of days each week and getting a full 8 hours of sleep each night.

While there are factors that can throw us off track it is just as easy for us to reprogram ourselves into getting back into the swing of things so that we are where we want to be with our performance.
