Essentially, we can imagine our wildly important goal as this heavy ass bad that is 25 feet away from us.

Pretend that there is a rope tied to the bag and at the other end of that rope is you, staring straight at your goal.

Now, picture you sitting down and digging your heels into the ground as you slowly start to pull the bad closer to you.

It takes time.

It's hard.

You get tired.

Your body gets sore.

But you keep tugging until eventually, that goal is finally within arm's reach.

This visual understanding of how our goals work is pretty awesome; however, there could be a nasty magician that could place a cloak on your wildly important goals from time to time.
