Lee Tabas is President of Tabas Funding Ltd and is an expert in community banking and entrepreneurship. For 30 years, he grew from bank trainee to bank president, and under his leadership, Royal Bank of Pennsylvania (acquired by Bryn Mawr Trust in 2017) grew from $20 million in assets to $500 million.
