I share how to build the habit of choosing what is important over what is urgent so that you reach your goals and create your dreams. Especially as women we have been taught that prioritizing what someone somewhere labels "urgent" is better than focusing on what is actually important to us. In fact, most of us have been taught that choosing ourselves is selfish and wrong.
