Rajiv is a strategic investor and entrepreneur who aims to bring a breath of fresh air to Venture Investing by unlocking the power of female investors.Since 2017, Chai Angels has invested in 50 women founders and counting!(7:42) Next, we were able to interview Jay Estefani Castillo, Founding Principal of m]x[v Capital, a venture capital firm investing in the future of B2B cloud. In her role, Jay does a little bit of everything; investment team, deal flow engine, fund research, portfolio company support, and investor relations. She also heads strategy and operations at Gynger, a fintech start-up incubated out of the fund, where she heads strategy and operations.
