How is your New Year's resolution panning out for you? There is a good chance that you make up a part of the 80% statistic that has failed at maintaining their New Year's Resolution come February.

Did you know that there's an actual word for going HARD in the beginning only to find yourself falling off of the bandwagon shortly after?

It's a word in Sanskrit referred to as arambhashura. It means, to be a hero in the beginning.

We are all guilty of this and it doesn't take a New Year's resolution to find ourselves here.
