Hans has learned a few lessons that he applies to everything he does. The first is that all goals must be written down and visible on a daily basis. The second is that there’s no such thing as overnight success and consistent work is the only path to success. Finally, everything is the way it is because someone made it that way. Hans applied these lessons to his 12 year rowing career culminating as a member of the 2016 USA Olympic rowing team. Searching for his next pursuit, he found real estate. He is a Realtor Partner with The Gunderman Group, the top team in the Bay Area that sells over $180M per year.
