At fourteen I moved out on my own and after years of therapy, tapping into my faith, self-examination, endless podcasts, books, hard work and determination found the true me and gained a whole new perspective on life.FUN FACTS ABOUT Mr. JayI am very much a family man. When I am not coaching or public speaking, I love spending time with my family. I have a nine-year-old son and four-year-old daughter and they are my world. I love spending time with extended family.
