E621 California Senate Bill 50: Why Do We Even Need Cops?

What if we lived in a world where cops couldn't pull you over for things like tinted windows, expired registration or having those really lame lights under the frame of your car?    It turns out that this is exactly where California is headed (Check out SB 50 Here).     Before it was redacted from the proposed bill, the real reason behind the bill was revealed: "This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to limiting a peace officer's authority to initiate pretextual stops to reduce racial profiling and the harm stemming from such stop."   If you were to ask any law enforcement officer that I know, they would tell you that they could care less as to the color of the individual occupying a vehicle in violation. Yet, it seems like California is on a massive rampage on their fake ideology of officers being racially bias during traffic stops.   I've lived in Southern California my entire life (please, pray for me) and I can tell you that for every single police agency that I have ever seen here, it is while people who are the minority. Why is this, you might ask?
