Chad Romzek, creator and owner of Kick Ash Basket®, is a creative, energetic and passionate entrepreneur specializing in solving problems with simple solutions. His background is mechanical engineering, project management and operations leadership. He worked at two Fortune 500 companies and a greenfield startup business before embarking on a side hustle in the BBQ grilling industry. Chad and his wife Tracy started the Kick Ash Basket® business from their garage in Neenah, Wisconsin back in 2014 and are now supplying grill accessories all over the United States. Chad and Tracy are “Kicking Ash & Making Flames” with over seven figures of annual sales and are starting to build wealth and freedom in the multi-family investing arena. 
The theme of Tyler and Chad’s discussion focused on the courage it takes to leave corporate America and pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor.
