Charlotte Ravoet is a mother of three kids, spouse and passionate HR leader with over 16 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Charlotte worked with renowned organizations such as Daimler, Google, Vodafone, and is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya, with one of the worlds largest humanitarian organizations. In her field she is recognized for building high-performing HR teams and driving positive people transformations.
