E7. It's All Glitter On The Path

Hello Beautiful Souls! I hadn't planned on recording this episode, but I woke up today, my 45 th birthday with so much gratitude in my heart for my journey, that I just had to get it out there. I have learned so much over the past 45 years, but I have learned the most from the dark and scary seasons of my life. I wouldn't have said it at the time, but I am so grateful for each of those experiences and how they have shaped me and my perspective on life. Everything we go through in life, the things we label as good and the things we label as bad are glitter on the path to our true selves if we are willing to be open enough to see it. I hope you can relate to what I share here. especially if you are in a dark season yourself right now. I love you all so much! Katie
