Chris Pomerleau is the founder and director of Park Ave. Capital, LLC. Chris supervises the acquisitions of the company and the business development activities. He also directs the overall investment strategies of the company. Over the past seven years he has acquired 420 Apartment Units within a three-hour radius of Omaha, and completed over 40 real estate transactions. Chris is also an attorney and mediator at Nebraska Legal Group. Chris has practiced family law and he is an experienced litigator. Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Chris served in the United States Army.
