Getting to Know Bala After more than 70 episodes, I realized something: I’ve shared a lot of thoughts, lessons, and experiences with you—but I’ve never really told you much about me. In this episode, I wanted to change that. No polished résumé. No pretending I have everything figured out. Just an honest look at where I came from, who I used to be, how I’ve changed, what I’ve built, what I still don’t have, and where I am today. I’m not where I started, and I’m not where I ultimately want to be. I’m somewhere in the middle—and maybe you are too.
