E73: BE RESULTS ORIENTED

Great conversation with results coach Damilare Adeyeri. Think about this; why do the greatest athletes in the world, say someone like Tiger Woods, need a coach? Surely that individual won't be a more accomplished golfer. Tiger benefits from a coach because it is someone who can objectively help him tap into his best effort. Results coaching at any level helps clarify what it is that someone wants and then, and more importantly, why they want it, by asking focused questions and requiring a level of accountability required to get someone to be their best.
