I’ll guide you through an exercise we did in class to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom by visualizing a moment of joy and tuning into how it felt. Living in alignment doesn’t mean everything will be easy, but even in hard moments, you’ll feel a sense of flow, creativity, and presence that lets you know you’re exactly where you need to be.
